Acceptable Use Policy

GoodsClip is for making product videos for online stores and ads. This policy says what is not allowed. It is part of our Terms of Service.

• Sexual or explicit content, including nudity, pornography, sexually suggestive material, and adult products shown in an explicit way.
• Anything that sexualises or endangers minors. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
• Deepfakes and face swaps of real people, or content that makes a real person appear to say or do something they did not, without their clear consent.
• Deceptive content: fake endorsements, fake reviews or testimonials, false claims about a product, or content made to pass off one brand's product as another's.
• Violent, hateful or harassing content, including content that promotes self-harm, terrorism or discrimination.
• Illegal or tightly regulated goods, such as weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, or products you are not legally allowed to sell or advertise.
• Content you do not have the right to use: photos, logos, designs or brands that belong to someone else and that you have no permission to use.
• Malicious or abusive use of the Service, such as trying to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, bypass credit or safety checks, or resell access without our written permission.

How we enforce thisCopy Anchor Link

The text you type and the photos you upload may be checked automatically by us or by our providers. If a request looks like it breaks this policy we may block it without charging credits, remove the content, warn you, or suspend or close your account. For serious or repeated abuse, credits may be withheld. If we are required to, or believe it is needed to protect people, we may share information with the relevant authorities.
