Questions
Will TikTok Shop accept my video?
We cannot promise that. TikTok Shop reviews content under its own rules, and those rules cover your product and how you use the clip.
Can I use it as my listing video?
Check it against the listing policy first. That policy does not allow digital renderings as a stand-in for the product, so a real product video is the safer choice for the listing.
What photo should I use?
A clear shot of the real product on a plain background, with printed text facing the camera.
