Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and GoodsClip ("GoodsClip", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using goodsclip.com (the "Service"), you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service doesCopy Anchor Link

GoodsClip turns a product photo you upload into a short product video using ready-made templates. GoodsClip is an independent service. To produce videos we send your photo and template settings to third-party AI model providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI model provider.

Your accountCopy Anchor Link

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us at support@goodsclip.com if you think your account was used without your permission. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Credits, subscriptions and paymentsCopy Anchor Link

• Videos are paid for with credits. The credit price of each template is shown before you generate.
• Credits are charged when a video starts. If a generation fails, the credits for that video are returned to your balance automatically.
• Credit packs and subscriptions are sold by our payment provider Creem, who acts as the merchant of record, handles payment and tax, and may show its own terms at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Credits & plan page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, except as set out in our Refund Policy.

Your content and generated videosCopy Anchor Link

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give us a limited permission to store them, process them, and send them to our AI model providers only to create the videos you ask for and to run and protect the Service.

Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable credits, you may use the videos generated for you for your own business, including advertising and online store listings. Generated videos are produced by AI, may contain mistakes or differ from your real product, and you are responsible for checking them before you publish them. Similar outputs may be produced for other users.

You confirm that you own, or have all rights needed to use, every photo you upload, and that using it with the Service does not break any law or anyone's rights.

What is not allowedCopy Anchor Link

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you may not use the Service to create sexual or explicit content, content that sexualises minors, deepfakes or face swaps of real people, content that deceives people about a real person, brand or product, hateful, violent or illegal content, or anything that infringes the rights of others. We may screen the text you enter and the photos you upload, and we may block a request, remove content, or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Credits may be withheld or forfeited in cases of serious or repeated abuse.

Availability and changesCopy Anchor Link

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove templates and features, and may change credit prices for future generations. If we make a material change to these Terms we will tell you in the product or by email before it applies.

TerminationCopy Anchor Link

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or other users, or if we are required to by law.

Disclaimers and limits of liabilityCopy Anchor Link

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of generated output. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, sales or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
