Do I need to send photos of my packaging?
No. One product photo is enough. The model makes a plain kraft cardboard box, and no hands appear in the clip.
Is the video AI-generated?
Videos are AI-generated. We ask the model to keep your product's shape, colours, logo and printed text, but results can differ, and sides it cannot see in your photo are guessed. In our tests, small logos and labels, glass, and flat folded clothes were the most likely to drift or disappear. Always watch the video first.
How long does it take?
Usually a few minutes. You can leave the page; the video appears in My videos.
