This policy explains what personal data GoodsClip ("we", "us") collects when you use goodsclip.com, why, and what choices you have. Contact: support@goodsclip.com.

• Account data: your name, email address, and profile image. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive the basic profile those services share with us. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
• Content you give us: the product photos you upload, the optional product name you type, and the videos generated for you.
• Usage data: which templates you use, your credit balance and credit history, job status, and basic technical data such as your IP address, browser, and device type, used to run, secure and improve the Service.
• Payment data: payments are handled by our payment provider Creem. We receive limited order information (such as plan, amount, and status) but not your full card number.
• Messages: what you send us when you contact support.

To provide the Service (make your videos, keep your credits and orders in order), to process payments, to sign you in and keep your account safe, to prevent abuse and enforce our Acceptable Use Policy, to answer support requests, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos or videos to advertise to other people.

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Third-party AI model providers: your uploaded photo, product name, and template settings are sent to them to generate the video.
• Creem: payments, subscriptions, tax, and content-safety screening of text you enter.
• Cloud database and file storage providers: to store your account data, uploaded photos, and generated videos.
• Email provider: to send sign-in, receipt, and service emails.
• Hosting provider (Vercel): to run the website and provide anonymous page-view and page-speed statistics.

These providers may process data in countries other than yours. We ask them to protect it and to use it only to provide their service to us.

We keep your account data, uploaded photos, and generated videos while your account is active, or until you delete them. When you delete your account we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable time, except what we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute reasons (for example order records). Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or limit some processing, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. You can delete your account from your account settings, and you can write to support@goodsclip.com for any request. We will reply within a reasonable time and may need to verify it is you.

The Service is not for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
